The full story
The situation
HommCorp offers moving, cleaning, gardening and junk removal. Each service needs different information: a move needs addresses, access and item lists, while gardening needs size and condition. The team wanted one place to price jobs and follow up.
What we built
- Moving: residential and commercial forms with locations, access, rooms, heavy items, packing and truck choice
- Cleaning: packages and add-ons, plus solar-panel and bin-cleaning forms
- Gardening: estimates by size, condition, waste, travel and extras
- Junk removal: load size, access, an instant estimate and photo uploads
- Bundles: combine services, pick a price level and get a reference number
- Quick Booking: one form for several services, timing and payment method
Behind the scenes
Rates, packages and adjustments are managed in an AdminLTE admin panel, so prices change without touching the forms. Quick Booking saves its linked records in a single database transaction, and each quote keeps a snapshot of the prices used when the customer submitted it. Requests move through Pending, Reviewed, Contacted, Quoted, Won or Lost.
Result
HommCorp has one structured intake process across all its service lines, with the right details, photos and estimates landing in the right module. It’s live at hommcorp.zapwhizz.com.
